This work is an ongoing exploration of portraiture, aging and Nature. The process begins with blind contour drawings of various women of a certain age and imagines the myriad contours of her face as plants, birds, bodies of water and more. The maturing human female as she journeys her way into a more intimate relationship with her Mother, Nature.
